Hire the Outcome is a new concierge scoping service from Lucky Ranasinghe and MADITECH. You describe what you need finished. We work out how to deliver it.
Why price the outcome?
Buying hours can leave you managing the work and paying for delays. A defined outcome puts the risk of overruns with the people doing the work, within the scope you agree.
That only works if the finish line is clear. We agree what will be delivered, when it is due and how you will check it before work starts.
A person reads your brief
Today, scoping happens by hand. A person on Lucky Ranasinghe’s team at MADITECH reads your request, asks for anything missing and finds the right match of people and AI tools.
We reply by email with a fixed quote, a delivery date and the acceptance test. The quote tells you who will do the work. If the brief needs a narrower scope, we explain that too.
Sending a request commits you to nothing. Nothing starts or is charged until you accept the quote. This site does not take payments.
New, and clear about it
We are building our delivery network and have no providers listed yet. Each brief gets a human review. We will only propose work we can scope and match to a suitable delivery team.
AI tools can help with research, drafts, data processing and production. People stay responsible for the result and its checks.
